We are buyers of North Carolina land. We grew up on the land and have always loved rural North Carolina land. We are serious buyers, can close with cash (do not need a bank) and we move quickly. We acquire North Carolina farmland, timberland and hunting land, to own long term and to use and enjoy We are not land flippers or “wholesalers” nor are we some out of state mystery company. Our family background consists of farmers, hunters, fisherman, conservationists and land lovers. We have owned, cared for, protected, nurtured and conserved land since the 1700’s.
